1. Data we collect
Account: email address if you create an account (passwordless email sign-in with a code). No account is required to use the app.
Usage: your current challenge, completed missions, streak, reflections, reminder time. Stored on your device and, with an account, on our host (Supabase, hosted in the EU, in Ireland).
Onboarding profile (optional): your answers to the welcome quiz, meaning age bracket, gender, relationship status, main obstacle, motivations and how you discovered the app. Every question can be skipped. These answers are used to recommend the right challenges for you and to build aggregated, anonymous usage statistics. Stored with your usage data (device and host above), deleted with your account.
Subscription: handled by the App Store / Google Play via RevenueCat. We never see your card number.
Emberday does not include advertising, third-party analytics or tracking.

Service performance and legitimate interest (improvement and security).
3. Sharing
We do not sell your data. Sharing limited to technical processors (hosting, subscription), bound by contract.
4. Retention and deletion
Kept while your account is active. Delete everything anytime via Settings > Delete my account. Deletion is permanent.
5. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, restriction. Contact hello@emberday.app. You may complain to your data protection authority.
6. Children
Emberday is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
